Although it has low points, the peaks of “Neighborhoods” are so cool and inspiring, that I can’t help but want to keep this new blink-182 album on repeat. There are some questionable riffs and drum beats, yet I think there’s enough awesome here for you to look past it. Because really, when was the last time you heard such an energetic release? And, even moreso, when was the last time you heard pop punk this sleek and creative?
